What is this medication used for? 

    • This treatment plan may help enhance female sexual satisfaction by improving ease of stimulation, sensitivity, and intensity of orgasms.

What ingredients are in the scream cream formula?

    • Sildenafil is a PDE5 medication which increases blood flow to the application area. 
    • Pentoxifylline is a vasodilator medication which helps increase blood flow. 
    • Arginine (L-Arginine) is a naturally occuring amino acid which increases blood flow. 
    • Ergoloid Mesylate is a nootropic used to increase libido and sexual pleasure by increasing blood flow.

What is the best way to use this medication?

    • Use this medication only on the vaginal and clitoral area as needed before sexual activity. This formula should be applied directly to the clitoris at least 30 minutes prior to anticipated sexual relations and gently massaged in. You may experience warmth, redness, or a tingling feeling, which is normal. Do not use on irritated areas or open wounds. Avoid using this medication on the vaginal area if you currently have a yeast or bacterial infection, you may resume usage of this product once the infection clears. Wash your hands before and after applying formula.

Tell your doctor if you are pregnant, trying to get pregnant, or breastfeeding. Tell your doctor if you are also using a nitrate drug for chest pain or heart problems, including nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate, isosorbide mononitrate. Tell your doctor if you have genital herpes as this medication may not be right for you. Use with caution if hepatic or renal impairment or risk factors for hemorrhage. Do not use if past retinal or cerebral hemorrhage.

What allergies shall I be cornered about?  

    • Medications may cause an allergic reaction if you are allergic to the contained ingredients, or ones that are very similar. Do not use if you are allergic to caffeine containing products (coffee, tea, colas), theobromine, theophylline. If you have an allergy to the contained chemicals listed or related chemicals, please reach out to us and contact your doctor. Get emergency medical help if you have signs of an allergic reaction such as: hives, difficulty breathing, swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat.

What are the possible side effects of this medication? 

    • Itching, redness, dryness, dizziness, headaches, and mild irritation may occur. Stop using the formula and call your doctor at once if you have: severe irritation of the treated area. During sexual activity, if you become dizzy or nauseated, have pain, numbness, or tingling in your chest, arms, neck, or jaw, stop and call your doctor right away

How should I store this medication?

    • If the product has arrived warm, wait 2 hours before using. Store this medication in a cool, dry environment, protected from light, at room temperature (68F-77F). Always make sure the container is tightly closed when not using the medication. Keep all medications in a safe place out of pets and children.
